"Rocky Mountain comfort food" made with organically grown ingredients is the specialty here. There is an emphasis on slow cooking and making everything from scratch—even the ketchup and mustard for the bison burgers are made in-house. There's a lounge on the lower level where you can enjoy a glass of wine and a light meal without breaking the bank, or you can pop upstairs and enjoy a multicourse gourmet meal in the dining room or on the outdoor patio. The decor is modern and contemporary, with hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings and an open kitchen. The bison onion soup, bison short ribs with roasted potatoes, and grilled bison strip loin in a red-wine reduction are all specialties. This is also a popular spot for weekend brunch.
