Post Hotel Review

One of the finest retreats in the Rocky Mountains, this hotel's understated elegance has garnered international attention. The bright-red roof and post-and-beam log construction make it a landmark in Lake Louise. The gourmet restaurant uses fresh, in-season ingredients and is regularly rated as one of the best in the region. The hotel has a large pool, steam room, hot tub, and fitness room. The Temple Mountain Spa offers a broad range of services, and spa packages are available. Rooms come in 15 configurations, from standard doubles to spacious units with sleeping lofts, fireplaces, and whirlpool tubs. The deluxe suites have king-size beds and large living rooms with river-stone fireplaces. If you like old-fashioned, in-the-mountains romance, try one of the three streamside log cabins. Room rates decrease by about 40% off-season.
