For something that's fun and a little different, try this Swiss eatery's large selection of fondues and raclettes—they claim to serve the best cheese and chocolate fondues outside of Switzerland. Choose from bison, beef, tuna, or seafood in broth, or classic cheese fondues. Meat and seafood fondues are served with young vegetables, steamed potatoes, mushrooms, and a selection of sauces. Be sure to save room for dessert: a Swiss chocolate dessert fondue served with banana bread, fresh fruit, marshmallows, and whipped cream. There is also an excellent selection of fine wines kept in the back room, which is affectionately known as the wine library because the floor-to-ceiling shelves are lined with wine, not books.
