Yoho is divided into two parts: the popular hiking area around Lake O'Hara, dotted with high-alpine lakes, and the less traveled Yoho River valley, terminating at Yoho Glacier. Entry into the Yoho River valley is from Takakkaw Falls or from Emerald Lake.
