This sophisticated restaurant overlooks the impressive mountain of the same name. The menu focuses on fine regional cuisine with local nuances; signature dishes include bison and Alberta rack of lamb. The wine list is extensive. A tasting menu is offered with (C$140) and without (C$90) wine pairings.
