Bow Valley Grill

Fodor's Review:

Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a relaxed dining room overlooking the Bow Valley, this is one of the most popular restaurants in the Fairmont Banff Springs hotel. You can choose between à la carte or buffet dining. There's a tantalizing selection of rotisserie-grilled meats, salads, and seafood, plus bread from an on-site bakery. During the summer months, buffet lunch comes with a guided historic hotel tour.
