Here is one of the true epicurean experiences in the Canadian Rockies. A low, exposed-beam ceiling and a stone, wood-burning hearth in the corner lend a warm, in-from-the-cold atmosphere; white tablecloths and fanned napkins provide an elegant touch. The combination of modern and classic dishes leads to daring regionally inspired fresh market cuisine. Look for innovative dishes prepared with fresh fish, game, or Alberta beef. The Post is one of only four restaurants in Canada to receive the Wine Spectator Grand Award with a 2,000-label wine list and an incredible cellar that contains more than 30,000 bottles of wine. For a unique dining experience with a group of six or more, ask to dine in the private cellar dining room. There are two sittings for dinner: 6:30 PM and 8:30 PM.
