Villa Caruso

Fodor's Review:

Alberta is ranch country and this steak house is a good place to sample the products of the cattle industry. Entrées include flame-grilled grain-fed Alberta AAA Angus beef cuts, such as tenderloin, New York steak, and prime rib. Pasta, fish, chicken, pork tenderloin, lamb, and ribs round out the menu. There's also a children's menu. Cozy up for cocktails next to one of the two fireplaces.
