The cuisine is contemporary Canadian at this seasonally open restaurant in the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge. Live music plays every night during the summer. Wild game, AAA Alberta beef tenderloin, and fresh fish are some of the highlights.

Keep in mind: Reservations essential.
