Both the Grand Strand Regional Medical Center and Georgetown Memorial Hospital have emergency rooms open 24 hours a day. The Grand Strand Regional Medical Center has the only pharmacy in the area open all night.
Emergency medical service is available at the Hilton Head Medical Center and Clinics.
