$$$$, Seafood, Hilton Head Island
Fodor's Review:
A good bit was spent on creating the ambiance here -- the waterfall on the first level, the fireplace lounge adjacent to the second-story dining room. The food -- particularly the shellfish -- and portions are commendable, the wine list up with the trends, the servers savvy. Grazing is the way to go: the oysters with champagne mignonette or chile lime remoulade; the delicious sashami; the bibb and red-leaf salad with macadamias dressed with orange-miso vinaigrette. (Forget the spring rolls.) A late-night menu is served from 10 to midnight.
