Down the alley behind Shipman's Gallery is this homey frame house with plum-color awnings shading the front porch. Plums still uses old family recipes for its crab-cake sandwiches and curried chicken salad, but now it also offers a blue cheese and portobello mushroom sandwich. Dinner has creative and affordable pasta and seafood dishes. There's live music on weekends.
