Fodor's Review:
Somehow the powers behind Rae figured out how to create a warm and inviting restaurant inside the Cira Centre's spare, modern lobby. And chef Daniel Stern (formerly of Le Bec-Fin) has created a flexible menu that manages to be all things to all people. There's truffle-scented risotto fingers and tuna ceviche pizza for the young officeworkers enjoying happy hour. At the other extreme, there's luxe, dry-aged veal chops for the bigwig businesspeople entertaining clients. The deconstructed onion soup, served with croutons and a shot of cheese on the side, is indicative of the new takes on old classics you can find here. Valet parking is complimentary. Reservations are recommended.
