Fodor's Review:
Chef Justin Rambo-Garwood is now in command of the menu at this oasis for seafood lovers that has flourished in the same spot in an ever-changing neighborhood for more than 20 years. The daily raw selections are outstanding. Outdoor dining and drinking take place in season on a deck that overlooks busy Chestnut Street and is good for people-watching -- and traffic noise.
