Fodor's Review:
A few years ago, Georges Perrier took the Versailles-style decor down to a 19th-century Parisian salon motif and the servers' uniforms down from tuxedoes to blazers. This loosening up at the front of the house had no effect on whatever's happening in the kitchen. This outpost of cuisine from Lyon continues to set a stratospherically high standard for Philadelphia, and there's still sufficient acclaim to require an advance reservation of a month or more to garner a table on Saturday night. The popular galette de crab (a sublime crab cake) is a signature appetizer. Do save room for the magnificent dessert cart -- as much as you can eat is included in the prix-fixe. If dinner is out of your price range, Le Bar Lyonnais -- down a flight of stairs from the main dining room -- is a small, charming space that features the chef's specialty dishes for entrées that range $15-$40.
