Fodor's Review:
In the heart of the happening Northern Liberties scene, the 700 Club remains a smoky, no-frills type of joint. The ground floor bar gives way upstairs to an even more atmospheric living room-type lounge where area DJs tear up the dance floor. The nonhip need not apply: you'll find more ripped jeans and '70s-theme T-shirts here than leopard-print spandex or gold lamé halter tops.
