Fodor's Review:
The 49th-floor observation deck is Cincinnati's version of the Empire State Building's famed aerie. The views of Downtown, the river, and surrounding hills are breathtaking. The art deco building, built in 1930 and still Cincinnati's tallest, houses shops and restaurants on its lower levels, as well as the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza hotel.
