$-$$$, Asian, Caesars Palace
Fodor's Review:
Here's yet another offering in the ubiquitous Wolfgang Puck-Las Vegas restaurant collection -- this one is Puck gone Pacific Rim and is a branch of the noted restaurant in Santa Monica. The menu changes daily, but there's a good balance of classic Chinese dishes and more innovative offerings. Although several substantial entrées -- such as Cantonese duck with hoisin-passion fruit sauce -- are always featured, the emphasis is on smaller and simpler plates, including spicy rice noodles with peanuts, chicken, and shrimp; sweet curried beef satay (small cubes of meat on a skewer); and a tartare trio for starters. And there's plenty of sushi. A sophisticated crowd frequents the OPM lounge upstairs, hobnobbing to the beat of hip hop, salsa, or Top 40 tunes.
