$$-$$$$, Eclectic, Summerlin
Fodor's Review:
A favorite in Summerlin, this sleek Pan-Asian restaurant is accented with bamboo screens, walls of water, and a glass floor through which fish are seen swimming below. It may not be on the Strip, but it definitely has an exciting vibe, high prices, valet parking, and creative fusion fare. There's a sushi bar preparing creative rolls and sashimi plates. Popular appetizers include Dungeness crab puffs and coconut shrimp with a citrus-ginger marmalade sauce. You won't go wrong with such entrées as the grilled tiger prawns with garlic noodles. There's a popular Sunday brunch, too.
