Arts Centers, Hard Rock Hotel and Casino
Fodor's Review:
This 2,000-capacity concert hall more often than not strips out all the seating for general-admission shows. It sometimes books acts that would normally play much bigger rooms -- everyone from the Rolling Stones to Nine Inch Nails -- just for the publicity value. (Something it will need with the opening of the Pearl at the Palms as a new rival.) For the time being, young (or young-at-heart) music fans who don't mind jostling for views of the stage will have to put up with its flaws: getting to the restrooms can be an ordeal, and the sound system is just adequate.
