This homage to the City of Lights aims to conjure up all the charm of the French capital. Paris Las Vegas isn't quite as glamorous as the Strip's other Euro-metropolis-theme wonder, the Venetian, but it's still good fun. Outside are replicas of the Arc de Triomphe, the Paris Opera House, the Hôtel de Ville, and the Louvre, along with an Around the World in Eighty Days balloon marquee. Inside, everything is decked out in Gallic regalia, including village façades with arched windows, fake trees, and three massive legs of the 50-story Eiffel Tower replica jutting through the roof and resting on the Monet-style floral carpet. Fountains and statues are everywhere. There's even a cobblestone walkway to Bally's, with a mime on the loose and kiosks selling French pastries.
