The popular cooking personalities from the Food Network, Mary Sue Milliken and Susan Feniger, have earned plenty of kudos at their Las Vegas location at Mandalay Bay. Appetizers include green-corn tamales, ceviche, and plantain empanadas; for lunch try the turkey tostada or grilled skirt steak; and for dinner the sautéed rock shrimp, stacked enchilada, or chicken chilaquiles (corn tortilla strips sautéed with vegetables and cheese). Oaxacan mocha cake and key lime pie are among the desserts. You'd be hard-pressed to find a tastier margarita in town, with the pomegranate version particularly delicious.
