$$-$$$$, Italian, Venetian Hotel and Casino
Fodor's Review:
The Grill, the busy front room of this dual contemporary Italian eatery on the Venetian's busy "restaurant row," has a casual, urban vibe. Choose either appetizer or entrée portions of pasta, or heartier fare such as three-meat lasagna, a rosemary-infused veal steak, or shrimp-and-calamari skewers. In the opulent Dining Room, you choose almost any appetizer and entrée for about $50 (a few high-end items have supplemental fees). Among the former, try the horseradish-flavored crostini with flageolet beans and goat cheese mousse. Excellent main courses include lamb T-bone steak with rhubarb sauce and sautéed sunchokes. The wine list has an astounding 24,000 bottles.
