With its expansive view of the lake, this is one of Bellagio's prime dining spots. The colorful Circo sports velveteen harlequin-pattern seats and whimsically decorated chandeliers, and serves home-style Tuscan food. Among the appetizers are house-cured beef with an arugula, Parmesan, and lemon vinaigrette, and seared scallops over cauliflower and crispy pancetta. The homemade pastas include ravioli with spinach and sheep's milk ricotta in a butter-sage sauce. Caviar of various types is offered by the ounce for dinner, and the extensive wine cellar has selections from every wine-producing region of the world. It's the casual sister restaurant of next-door Le Cirque.

Best culinary experience ever!

Dining at Circo was an absolute joy. The service is spot on with no apparent faults; the food is perfectly prepared; the atmosphere is relaxing and eye catching. Anyone looking for that one meal that would make your trip to Las Vegas needs to dine here.
I had the Vine Ripened Tomato Salad with Arugula to start; Peppered-seasoned, seared Beef Tenderloin for an entrée; Grand Marnier Soufflé for desert. We had two half bottles of wine between three people, a Champagne to start and a bottle of 2000 Chateau Olivier, Grand Cru Graves.
This restaurant is expensive, $400 + $100 tip for 4 people, but I gave it a 5 value rating because of what you get for your money!
