$$$-$$$$, Continental, Downtown
Fodor's Review:
Every woman receives a red rose at this romantic downtown favorite. Hugo's has been popular with Las Vegas locals since it opened in 1976. The staff is attentive and the narrow, brick-lined room has deep, comfortable booths. Offbeat touches include a hot rock appetizer (you cook marinated meats right at your table on a granite slab that is heated to 500°F) and a salad cart (you design your own salad tableside). Entrées vary from beef fillet stuffed with crab meat and wrapped in bacon to Indonesian-spiced rack of lamb.
