$$-$$$$, Steak, New York-New York Hotel & Casino

Fodor's Review:

This credible remake of the famed 1927 Manhattan original offers an old-school carnivores' experience inside the cleverly decorated New York-New York Casino. The walls of this convivial tavern are lined with black-and-white photos of sports stars, actors, and politicos, and the hardwood floors and tray ceilings transport guests directly to Gotham. You can admire the aged steaks in a big cooler visible from the cobblestone promenade near the entrance. The menu is refreshingly simple: pick your main dish (Colorado lamb chop, center-cut filet mignon, and so on) and then one of the four sauces (Béarnaise, brandied peppercorn, caramelized shallot, and beaujolais) to accompany it.

Best Steak in Las Vegas

The aged Sirloin on the bone is an experience that's tough to describe, you just have to try it. A huge slab of meat, it melts in your mouth. Try the chilled shellfish, the lobster, or the king crab as well. My new favorite restaurant in LV!
