Fodor's Review:
The best lunch choice among the Wynn's many restaurants specializes in Italian seafood (and makes for a superb meal at dinner, too). Set along the resort's chic shopping promenade, it has a curving bar on the upper level, from which a staircase leads down to a dining room and patio. Chef Paul Bartolotta has his fish (sea bream and purple snapper, for example) flown in daily from the best markets in Europe. You might start with the warm seafood salad before graduating to a main dish of sautéed Mediterranean turbot in a white wine broth with leeks and clams.

Read The Menu Very Carefully

It is a beautiful restaurant with much ambience, great service, all the elegant qualities one could expect. However, we had a very bad experience. Fresh fish is priced by the gram. One section of the menu offered John Dorey. It said $22. We must have missedthe fine print as it turned out to be $22 per gram. Our bill just for the fish for the two of us was $140. Total bill for two glasses of wine, and a salad was $204. We felt that we were taken. Food was good, but $140 for a small fish for two people is too much!RATING: 3.8
