$$-$$$$, Chinese, Wynn Las Vegas
Fodor's Review:
This restaurant in the Wynn has all the panache of an Asian royal palace. It's named for its talented chef, who presents contemporary French-inspired Chinese cuisine that blends the Cantonese, Shanghai, and Szechwan traditions. The decadent five-course Peking duck dinner for two is one of the restaurant's true showstoppers, but don't overlook the stir-fried minced squab, prawns with walnuts and a honey-peach sauce, or orange beef with ginger, scallion, bok choy, and a tangerine-peel sauce. And be sure to order a side of the tantalizing abalone fried rice. The service is informative and resolutely cheerful.
