Take a break from shopping at the Fashion Show Mall and stop into this dimly lit restaurant and lounge that's part of a growing chain. Try the Gojira roll, with shrimp tempura, crab mix, cream cheese, and cucumber, or the Crazy Monkey roll, which is stuffed with smoked salmon, mango, and cream cheese and topped with avocado, red tempura bits, cashews, and a mango-sauce drizzle. Heartier fare includes seared albacore or apple teriyaki salmon (a marinated grilled fillet topped with sautéed-Fuji-apple glaze and served with wasabi mashed potatoes). Late-night noshers like that it's open until midnight (and the bar keeps serving cocktails until 2 AM).
