The first thing you notice entering this Hubert Keller space is the massive leaf-shape frame filled with thousands of fresh-cut roses that adorns the towering sandstone wall. The natural, earthy design scheme tempers the soaring ceilings and white-clothed tables, and four private curtained cabanas are available by reservation (no minimum spending amount required). As at the namesake original in San Francisco, the menu here is divided into three-, four-, and five-course prix-fixe meals featuring fish, poultry, or game. Especially tasty are the Colorado lamb loin and sweetbreads with spiced honey and caramelized cumin seed sauce, and the hazelnut-crusted salmon with leeks, duck confit, and black truffle vinaigrette.

Terrible Night at Fleur De Lys
Posted by David from San Francisco Bay Area on 6/19/06
We had an absolutely auwful dinner at Fleur de Lys. It started with an incompetant and arrogant server adn went downhill from there. Wife's Fillet Mingon was dry, bland and tasteless, my lobster was undercooked and bland as well. Coffee was $5.50 a cup and not one refill was to be had. Portions exceedingly small and everything was vastly overpriced.
All in all, I have NOTHING good to say about this place. Stay away!

Wow..what a gorgeous room. The food is good, but not as good as in San Francisco.

Elegant setting, spectacular presentation and wonderful flavor combinations -- this place is special.
Largest selection of half-bottle wines I've experienced, including good values and rare entries.
