This second location of André's French Restaurant serves food that's as excellent as that at the downtown original but in a more spectacular room packed with lavish Louis XVI furnishings. Specialties here include filet mignon tartare prepared tableside with potato pancakes and arugula salad, and seared venison loin with crème fraîche polenta, Napa cabbage, Granny Smith apples, and bing cherry chutney. A clubby cigar bar has an amazing selection of ports.

Loved it. The Dover sole was out of this world. The service was top notch. Expensive but a wonderful indulgence.RATING: 4.6
