Fodor's Review:
The partners behind Bellagio's Caramel room opened a similarly casual but elegant room off the casino floor of Treasure Island. The crowd leans toward skateboard-toting refugees from L.A., especially at the Wednesday party, while the "Munchie Menu" includes the Pooh Bear, a peanut-butter-and-jelly sandwich on banana nut bread.
