Fodor's Review:
It may sound like a mixed metaphor -- an Asian restaurant in Paris -- but France's Buddha Bar has achieved world fame for its food and its music. The associated Little Buddha in the swanky Palms Casino continues the mystique, albeit with sometimes-iffy service. The kitchen produces such Pacific Rim wonders as Hawaiian smoked pot stickers; wok-fried salt and pepper calamari and frogs' legs; grilled lobster tail with citrus-butter sauce; spicy albacore and yellowtail rolls; and curry shrimp in banana leaf. There's also plenty of great sushi and sashimi. Finish things off with liquid-center chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream.
