You forget you're in Las Vegas after a few minutes in this relaxed and unpretentious cantina. Stop in on a Wednesday night and you might see a crowd gathered for the fútbol game on satellite-provided Mexican TV. All of the combinations and specials are good, but the best play here is to order the enchilada-style tamale (with red or green sauce), for which Doña Maria is justly renowned. You also won't go wrong with the queso fundido con chorizo (melted cheese with sausage).

We ate breakfast here one day and it was so good we returned the next. Chilaquiles are the best I've had outside Mexico ! Also the restaurant was almost empty so the service was great.RATING: 4.4
