$$-$$$$, American, Yarmouth
Fodor's Review:
This unassuming spot sits on a prosaic stretch of Route 28, but you won't find any of the main drag's hustle and trendy commercialism in here. Acclaimed chef Gilbert Pepin and his wife, Kolleen, want you to slow down and savor the rituals and flavors of good food and good wine. The menu changes every six weeks or so but might feature wild Orleans mussels in a broth of fennel, saffron, and tomatoes, and roast rack of lamb with truffle-mashed potatoes, asparagus, spinach, and a port-wine reduction. The refined, elegant space is staffed by highly professional servers.
