$$-$$$, Seafood, Harwich
Fodor's Review:
An urbane and homey storefront café in downtown Harwich Port, the kitchen focuses on fairly traditional American fare, especially seafood, but with some inventive interpretations. You might, for instance, sample pan-seared shrimp with baby spinach and red and yellow tomatoes with a white wine-truffle sauce and angel-hair pasta, or grilled pork with Jamaican jerk spices alongside lemongrass-steamed rice and veggies. The Thai-style lobster-crab cake with wasabi sour cream makes for a nice starter. The menu is long and ambitious, and there's also an extensive, well-chosen wine list. Reservations only for parties of 5 or more.
