$-$$$, American, Falmouth
Fodor's Review:
Both the menu and the interior change seasonally here, but you can watch your food being prepared in the open kitchen year-round. Much of the food is cooked with the heat of a wood-flamed fire, either in the beachstone oven or on the grill for which the restaurant is named; try one of the pizzas, or any grilled meat or seafood dish, such as cedar-plank maple-glazed salmon with sweet-potato hash and panfried mushrooms. There's also a full bar with an extensive wine list and beer selection, in addition to colorful cocktails. Pop and folk bands perform here regularly.
