This airy diner consistently packs its tables and counter space year-round, and for good reason. From baked goods to waffles and eggs done any way you like them, Grumpy's jump-starts your day with generous portions for breakfast and lunch. Get here early to avoid a line that often curls out the door.

Many a great breakfast at Grumpy's were enjoyed with family. He often gives patrons "pet' names when he sees recurring guests. Super food, good service, hometown feel.RATING: 4.4
