Fodor's Review:
Talk about art in unexpected places: the largest single collection of original Robert Mapplethorpe floral photographs grace the walls in rooms and common spaces at this hotel. Rooms -- decorated in calming sage and periwinkle tones -- have sound-resistant walls, down duvets, and three phones. Splurge for a loft suite, with terraces overlooking bustling Rush Street. Rande Gerber (Cindy Crawford's husband) owns the Whiskey Bar and Grill, serving seasonal selections for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
