Price tags are still written by hand at this 75-year-old institution, which has 27 stockrooms holding 50,000 pairs of men's shoes in sizes from 5 to 19 and in widths from AAAA to EEE. You can find anything from Timberland and Tony Lama boots to Allen-Edmonds and Alden oxfords, all at a decent discount.
