Fodor's Review:
Tucked into the mall's food court is the best, cheapest fast food on the island. The famous soups, or pho, come laden with seafood or rare beef, fresh basil, bean sprouts, and lime. Tasty sandwiches are served on crisp French rolls -- lemongrass chicken is a favorite. The word is out, so the place gets busy at lunchtime, though the wait is never long.
