Fodor's Review:
Though she serves Southern sides from greens to sweet potato pie, it's the ribs that have made Debra Hopkins' small Kailua eatery a draw. Baby back pork ribs are slow, slow cooked, slathered in a slightly spice tomato sauce, then somehow caramelized to finish. We do declare! Stop by after swimming at nearby Kailua Beach Park or on the way back from a North Shore excursion.
