$-$$$, Japanese, Honolulu
Fodor's Review:
Talk about one note: chef-owner Endo Eiyuki picked a powerful one for his charming restaurant in a converted Kaimuki bungalow: garlic. He calls the menu Euro-Asian but the spicing and approach-except for the prevalance of garlic-are distinctly Japanese. Don't miss the Black Angus steak on a sizzling stone.
