Outrigger Kolea at Waikoloa. The latest upscale condo development to join the Waikoloa Beach Resort, Kolea is aiming to capture the very high-end crowd dominated by the condos associated with the Mauna Lani and Four Seasons. These brand new condos are impeccably furnished and turned out, views from each unit's lanai are spectacular, and it's closer to the beach than any of the other complexes in this area. Kolea complex also offers far more amenities than the average condo complex, with both an infinity pool and a kids' pool at their oceanside Beach Club, a fitness center, and a lava rock hot tub.
