Complete modern kitchens, tile lanai, and washer-dryer units can be found in every suite of this comfortable oceanfront condo complex. Despite being near the bustling town of Kailua-Kona, this four-story place is quiet and relaxing. The nearest sandy beach is 2 mi away, but the pool is next to the ocean. Be sure to check the Web site for specials: they usually offer a fourth or fifth night free and often advertise deals only on their own Web site.

Very enjoyable stay here 8/31/06 for 5 nights in a 2 bedroom oceanfront unit, 3rd floor was recommended by the staff. Recommended - it's far enough away from Kailua town to be quiet - only sound is the surf. No beach here - rocky coastline. Stock up with provisions at Costco or Safeway - on the way from the airport.RATING: 4.6
