Fodor's Review:

Two blocks north of Worth Avenue, the distinctive white stucco, European-style hotel with red-and-white-striped awnings offers inviting rooms ranging from small to spacious. All have plush upholstered chairs, antique desks, paintings, and marble baths. Settle on a leather couch near the cozy library's fireplace and peruse an international newspaper or classic book. A quiet courtyard surrounds a large pool where you can relax, and the Leopard Lounge draws a convivial crowd. Pros: Great location near Worth Avenue, elegant rooms, Leopard Lounge is a hot spot. Cons: Rooms close to the bar can be noisy.
