Brazilian Court

Fodor's Review:

A short stroll from Worth Avenue shopping, the yellow-stucco Spanish-style facade and red-tile roof, and lobby with pecky-cypress ceilings and stone floors, underscore this boutique hotel's Roaring '20s origins. All of the studio and one- and two-bedroom suites have rich limestone baths and showers, Sub-Zero wine refrigerators, and personal butler service. Bay windows look out into the impeccably maintained gardens and enchanting flower-filled courtyards. Amenities include video-conference capabilities in a state-of-the-art business center, a Frederic Fekkai hair salon and spa, and Café Boulud, a New York outpost from famed restaurateur Daniel Boulud; hotel guests reportedly have a better shot than outsiders at procuring a table. Don't feel like dressing up for a table? There's 24-hour in-room dining by Café Boulud. Pros: Connected to one of the best restaurants in town; attracts a young, hip crowd; close to Worth Avenue shopping and not far from the beach. Cons: Rooms are small and rooms near the restaurant can be noisy.
