Fodor's Review:

In 2004 trendy, pricey Bice replaced the hotel's former top-billed restaurant, Delfino Riviera. Bice (pronounced "beach-ay") is an Italian nickname for Beatrice, as in Beatrice Ruggeri, who founded the original Milan location of this family restaurant in 1926. But the word "family" does not carry the connotation "mom and pop" at Bice, where white starched tablecloths set the stage for sophisticated cuisine. The restaurant retains its frescoed ceilings, marble floors, and, of course, picture windows overlooking great views of the artificial bay just outside. This restaurant is expensive, but some of the entrées that seem worth it are the one-pound veal chop with polenta ($38) and the veal Milanese with arugla and cherry tomatoes ($37). While you're running up your tab, you may as well also try the tasty lentil soup with black truffle fondue ($12). Desserts, ranging from tiramisu to baked apple tart with vanilla ice cream, are delicious.
