The view competes with the food on the ninth floor of the Hyatt Regency Orlando International hotel. Although Hemisphere overlooks a major runway, you don't get any jet noise, just a nice air show. Entrées change frequently, but often include selections such as miso-glazed sea bass on soba noodles, tamarind barbecue glazed filet mignon with fingerling potatoes, and grilled swordfish with truffle-scented mashed potatoes. Desserts change daily, but there's always a good tiramisu.
