The wood-burning oven and grill are worked pretty hard here, and the mountains of hardwood used in the open kitchen flavor the best of the menu -- the pizza, the grilled fish and chicken, the steaks and chops, even the lasagna. Standouts include shrimp wrapped in pancetta, duck roasted with figs, and lobster ravioli. For dessert, try the hazelnut chocolate cake or the ricotta cheesecake. Italian vintages dominate the wine list. As at the rest of Celebration's restaurants, there's an awning-covered terrace overlooking the lagoon.
